SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- To start a return, you can contact us at shop@catstreet.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping waybill, as well as instructions on how and where your package will be collected. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (these include special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please follow the normal returns process outlined above however please notify us that you would like a size exchange when you schedule your return. Once the return is accepted, we will immediately send you the replacement item at no additional cost to you. Should a replacement size not be available you may elect to get a refund or a credit to purchase an alternate item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING POLICY
We will deliver your purchases within 3-7 working days of the funds clearing in our account unless otherwise stipulated. You will be notified via e-mail of the delivery timeframe. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact number at which the goods can be accepted for delivery on weekdays during normal working hours of 8am to 5pm.
Should for any reason beyond our control an item be delayed you will be contacted by our team as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
DELIVERY CHARGES
We charge a standard delivery fee of R150 on all sales. There will be no delivery fee on exchanges and returns.
DELIVERY AREA
Catstreet Boutique only delivers to addresses in South Africa. We currently do not deliver to farms and rural areas. However, if you live on a farm, rural area, or at an address outside of South Africa, please feel free to contact us at shop@catstreet.co.za to make alternative delivery or collection arrangements should you wish to purchase from us.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact telephone number to which your purchases can be delivered on check-out. Delivery is made during normal working hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You are to make sure that the delivery can be received during these standard delivery times at the address provided. Iconic Designs does not accept responsibility for failed delivery due to the fact that there is no-one to sign for and accept delivery.
If there is no-one to stake receipt of the delivery upon a first attempt, we will attempt to contact you telephonically or by email to make delivery. The courier company will attempt to make delivery 2 more times. If there is still no-one to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to Catstreet Boutique and a refund of the purchase price of goods purchased excluding delivery charges will be processed. Should you however not want a refund but wish Catstreet Boutique to attempt delivery again, this will be at your own cost.
